The basics of basic life support! 

Everyone should understand the basics of CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation).  Using American Heart Association curriculum, we provide all the resources needed to learn the appropriate first steps in saving a life.  Chest compressions, ventilations, AEDs, and Basic First Aid are all covered in this easy to follow course.  Successful course completion will also result in a official American Heart Associate certificate and card valid for 2 years.
