For EVERYDAY PEOPLE to protect themselves and others.
101: Position- Comprehensive Course that sets the foundation for becoming effective when defending yourself in a violent situation or subduing an active threat to protect yourself or others while on duty.
201: Striking- Once you have the right position and/or the opportunity, make the most of it by being using effective blunt force techniques.
301: Control- Once the chaos has calmed and you have stopped the threat, you will need to maintain control of that threat efficiently because you will be fatigued and possibly injured.
